To ensure that all team members and clients are on the same page about what forms of payments are accepted. These policies are in place to help protect the cardholder and company from exposure to fraudulent transactions.
Only the vehicle owner can pay online. The name and address on the credit card transaction must match that of the vehicle registration. Must have an actual physical address, P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
*Contactless payment is available to clients who have a history with Excluservice. For new clients Contactless payments is only available for deposits. Final payment must be made in person and card must be present.
If someone other than the vehicle owner wants to pay for a repair invoice, that person must come to pay in person and their credit card must be physically present and have the chip read into the credit card machine. A state-issued identification must be presented to a team member and their name must be added to the repair order/invoice.
American Express, personal & company checks, or anything not listed above will not be accepted.
Warranty or insurance company credit cards and checks are accepted.
